Roxy Goes Back to School

Blame Canada? You better bet your bottom loony I will. Also, I’ll blame the American education system. Thank goodness our good friend James Coppola is teaching Night School at Santos starting Wednesday September 6th and continuing every Wednesday there after. Resident DJS Anton Glamb, Bonnie Danger and Ms. Roxy herself will be rocking your bunny bottoms with the help of Soohan. Plus, Roxy’s new farewell to summer mixtape, Dolphin Sex, will be dropping that night. Get involved with aquatic lovin, I say. Or why not Northern lovin? My sister will be headed up to Ontario on September 12th for the 9:01 party at the Wall celebrating the end of Frosh Week Countdown!! And there’s no cover for all of you poor college students so come out and get those cottontails bouncing! Woop woop!!

Ah, The Simple Things

Sometimes I love to look at beautiful pictures from Sway on Mondays and think about how when I’m an old lady, hopefully luxuriating on a beach chair on the extensive roof of my 6 story house on 10th street, calling for a Tom Collins from Ramone, my overpaid and barely dressed live in maid-man, I will look through pictures from this time in my life and remember how fucking much fun it was and how great it was to be young in New York at a place like Sway. And on that note, enjoy these flicks from last week as shot by the gifted and always charming Texas. Laborious Bouncing

It’s finally here! Tonight at Sway we welcome back our good friends from New Orleans: Rusty Lazer and Big Freedia. Dances with White Girls will be representing New York and spinning killer tunes all night alongside the NOLA bounce mavens. Then look out Labor Day, here Roxy comes! First, on Saturday Ms. Cottontail heads down to beautiful Miami to blast the pants off of Grand Central with the help of Mike Deuce and Jessica Who and as soon as she gets back on Monday it’s up to the Hamptons for a bangin pool party with the very bangin Tamara Sky. And look out for us cottontails Monday night at a very special edition of Rice and Peas. Get ready, get excited and get involved and we’ll see you at the cluuuuub!!!
